I recently stayed at a small, basic hotel on Easter Island for a few nights. The location was great, just across the street from the coast and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The communal area was very pleasant, and there were even four big friendly dogs that would happily join you on a walk. The kitchen was basic but everything worked well. The owner, Maria, was lovely and her sister was very helpful with making phone calls for me. it was good value for Easter Island.
Would recommend this hotel.

amazing stay at a family-run hostel! Fantastic location with a short stroll to the harbor. The hosts were kind and provided great advice. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the shared veranda had stunning sunset views. The friendly cats and dogs were a lovely addition. Can't imagine staying anywhere else!
Noise from dogs and roosters.

We had an amazing stay at a cozy hostel with a perfect location near the seafront. Our room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and we enjoyed stargazing at night. The room was spacious and clean, and the shared bathroom was well-maintained. The owners, Claudio and Maria, were incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations for exploring the island. Despite some noise from neighboring rooms and outside roosters, our experience was memorable and we would highly recommend staying here. this hostel made our trip unforgettable.

The location of this hostel is jaw-dropping! Within just a 5-minute stroll, you can either find yourself at the stunning harbour or at the perfect sunset spot in Tahai. And if that's not enough, there's even a natural sea pool right across the road for a refreshing dip. The family hosts are super friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any requests, making the hostel feel like a welcoming guest BnB. The comfortable bedroom, with a fan for those warm nights, was always clean, as was the bathroom. Plus, the hostel offers free wi-fi in public areas, off-site car park, luggage storage, outdoor dining area, restaurant. With all these amazing features, it's definitely worth considering!

The surrounding noise can be a bit bothersome at times, which may disturb light sleepers.
